One of the founders, a former real estate agent and investor, Jairo, was frustrated with the title processing system of most title companies, where the “point of contact” could never be reached in the process of closing, derailing all of his closings, making his clients extremely frustrated. He knew there was a better way. Jairo decided to join forces with his daughter, a real estate attorney, and create Title X. After opening Title X, both noticed so many gaps in the process of title, and now strive to promote reliable and predictable title services, while excelling in customer service.

At title X, we are on a mission to create a reliable, efficient, and mobile title closing service for real estate agents, investors, lenders, and homebuyers. We noticed that the title world can get complicated, relying on several third parties, physical paperwork and in-person meetings that are no longer necessary in this digitized world. We are trying to re-invest the title industry, one closing at a time.
